COUPLES THERAPY BREAKDOWN
THE CLASSIC-- The Classic is the standard 50 minute therapy session. This service is recommended for couples with low levels of conflict, who might be interested in therapy as a check-in for their relationship or a space to work through minor issues.
THE FLOW-- The Flow is a longer, 90 minute therapy session. The Flow is recommended for most couples. 90 minutes is an ideal frame for working through couples issues, which tend to be more complicated and time intensive.
The BINGE-- The Binge is a full two-hour therapy session. The Binge is recommended for couples looking to do intensive work on their relationship. For couples with high levels of conflict or those on the verge of separation, The Binge offers enough space to bring big issues to the table without leaving you raw and exposed until the next session.
